The setup of my Linux system I use on a daily basis is the following. Sometimes, I am also forced to use Windows sometimes. The setup of my Windows machine is described below the Linux setup.

- mp3blaster (listening to music)
- Amarok (KDE mediaplayer for linux)
- Privoxy (for spam free internet surfing)
- kdiff3 (diff frontend, capable of comparing three different files)
- workrave (a tool that assists in the recovery and prevention of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI))
- jfig (vektor drawing program with latex support)
